Inside Sales Representative

At Austrade Inc., we value the importance of a successful sales team. As we approach 25 years in business, we are seeking an inside sales representative with a passion to drive sales to help sell our growing portfolio of Organic and Non-GMO ingredients to Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic manufacturers throughout North America.

The inside sales representative will work closely with the Sales Management team assisting in day to day sales and marketing initiatives.

Major Responsibilities
– Represent our company’s products, starting with a comprehensive understanding of technical aspects to support and tackle sales opportunities.
– Promote and sell an assortment of Organic and Non-GMO ingredients using strong arguments to existing and prospective customers.
– Be a self-starter, motivated to develop and generate leads and build relationships.

Desired Skills and Experience
– Two years of previous sales experience required. Food industry or related field preferred.
– Great verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize.
– Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
– Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP or CRM system.
– Ability to juggle multiple tasks and requests.
– Ability to attend trade shows and sales meetings.
– A bachelor degree preferred but not necessary.
– A team player, respectful and courteous to fellow team members and customers.
– Reside close to Palm Beach County, Florida.
