Due to its specific carbohydrate composition with approximately 40% relative sweetness compared to sucrose, this versatile product is recommended for formulations that require reduced sweetness and an enhanced mouthfeel including Dry Mixes, Flavor Systems, Frozen Desserts, Ice Cream, Sausages & Meat Alternatives, as well as Specialty products that require functional performance in powdered form.
