Heliaflor® Premium Organic Sunflower Haché

Heliaflor® Premium Organic Sunflower Haché is a single-ingredient product produced from 100% organic peeled sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus). The seeds are partially defatted by a mechanical pressing process. The resulting crude sunflower protein is then fully defatted by CO2 extraction and subsequently texturized. This process creates a functional, ready-to-use meat substitute with excellent hydration and cooking performance.

With a minimum protein content of 50%, this product combines high nutritional value with functional textural properties. In addition to protein fortification, Heliaflor® Premium Organic Sunflower Haché contributes dietary fiber and essential minerals, while its lower fat content supports a healthy, balanced diet. It is suitable for a wide range of plant-based applications, including vegan patties, burgers, meatballs, sausages, and plant-based meat crumbles.
