Austrade is proud to announce the near completion of our new corporate headquarters in Tequesta, Florida. This milestone reflects our long-term commitment to sustainable operations and clean ingredient sourcing. As a result, our team now operates from a state-of-the-art facility built to support continued growth in the Organic and Non-GMO ingredient space.
Specifically, the new corporate headquarters spans 15,000 square feet. It brings together advanced energy technology, sustainable design, and modern infrastructure under one roof. In addition, construction targets completion in late Q1 2021.

A Facility Built for Sustainability
Our new corporate headquarters achieves full energy independence. Together, three key technologies work in concert to make this possible. Each one contributes to the facility’s virtually net-zero energy demand.
☀️ Photovoltaic Solar Array
A full photovoltaic solar array powers the facility. Specifically, this system generates clean, renewable energy on-site. Consequently, the building operates independently from the traditional energy grid.
🏢 Electrochromic SAGE Glass
Electrochromic SAGE glass delivers superior energy and cooling efficiency throughout the building. In response to sunlight, the glass tints automatically. As a result, it reduces cooling loads and lowers overall energy consumption significantly.
💧 Dedicated Water Well
A dedicated water well handles all landscaping irrigation needs. This system removes reliance on municipal water for outdoor use. Furthermore, it supports responsible water stewardship across the property.
