Produced from specially selected high oleic sunflower seeds, the Sunflower Protein 50 H.O. is a highly stable plant-based protein source. Peeled high oleic sunflower seeds are partially defatted by mechanical process and ground to produce a mild tasting and neutrally colored protein powder.
