Heliaflor® 50 High Oleic Haché is a single-ingredient product produced from 100% organic high oleic sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus). The seeds are peeled and partially defatted by mechanical process to obtain crude sunflower protein, which is then texturized to create a functional, ready-to-use meat alternative with excellent hydration and cooking performance.
With a minimum protein content of 50%, this ingredient delivers strong nutritional value with functional textural properties. Beyond protein fortification, Heliaflor® 50 High Oleic Haché provides dietary fiber and essential minerals. Its high oleic fatty acid profile supports oxidative stability, making it ideal for a wide range of plant-based applications, including Vegan Patties, Burgers, Meatballs, Sausages, and Plant-Based Meat Crumbles.
