Heliaflor® Organic Sunflower Haché is a single-ingredient protein that starts with 100% organic peeled sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus). Mechanical pressing partially defatts the seeds, and CO2 extraction achieves full defatting of the resulting crude sunflower protein. Subsequent texturization creates a functional, ready-to-use meat substitute with excellent hydration and cooking performance.
With a minimum protein content of 50%, Heliaflor® Organic Sunflower Haché combines high nutritional value with functional textural properties. It contributes dietary fiber and essential minerals alongside a lower fat content that supports a healthy, balanced diet. Its versatile functional profile suits a wide range of plant-based applications, including vegan patties, burgers, meatballs, sausages, and plant-based meat crumbles.
