Organic Brown Flax Flour


Organic Brown Flax Flour is produced from 100% organic brown flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) that are partially defatted by mechanical process. The resulting flax seed press cake is subsequently ground into a fine powder. This certified organic, single-ingredient flour is a tan to brown colored powder with exceptional nutritional value, delivering a minimum of 30% protein along with high levels of dietary fiber and essential minerals.
The mechanical defatting process concentrates protein and key nutritional components while preserving organic integrity and retaining beneficial omega fatty acids. This product is suitable for premium organic formulations requiring high-fiber, high-protein and enhanced mineral content. Target applications include Beverages & Nutritional Shakes, Dough & Baked Goods, as well as Sauces & Spreads.
