Organic Golden Flax Flour is produced from 100% organic golden flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) that are partially defatted by mechanical process. The flax seed press cake is germ-protected by Bactosafe® and pulverized using proprietary, product-friendly Kryonert® technology. This certified organic single-ingredient is a yellowish powder with exceptional nutritional value, delivering a minimum of 30% protein content along with a high amount of dietary fiber and essential minerals.

The mechanical defatting process concentrates protein and key nutritional components while preserving organic integrity and retaining beneficial omega fatty acids. This product is suitable for premium organic formulations requiring high-fiber, high-protein and enhanced mineral content. Target applications include Beverages & Nutritional Shakes, Dough & Baked Goods, as well as Sauces & Spreads.
