Organic High Oleic Sunflower Oil RBDW is obtained from mechanical pressing of certified organic high oleic sunflower seeds, followed by a four-step process including clay bleaching, deodorizing and winterizing to create a premium cooking oil suitable for direct human consumption. This specialized high oleic variety contains 75-90% oleic acid, providing exceptional oxidative stability and extended shelf life compared to conventional sunflower oils.

The high oleic acid content makes this oil particularly suitable for high-heat applications such as Frying and Sautéing, while the organic certification and refined processing ensure consistent quality and neutral flavor characteristics with superior thermal stability.
