Organic Native Corn Starch comes from specially cultivated organic corn through mashing, washing, and drying. This 100% organic native corn starch provides formulators with natural thickening, gelling, and stabilizing functionality. It suits food applications requiring traditional starch characteristics and clean-label positioning.

Native processing preserves the natural granular structure of Native Corn Starch. This delivers effective gel formation upon heating. In water-based systems, it gelatinizes at ~80°C to form a high viscosity paste. Upon cooling, it sets into a smooth, short-structured gel. Target applications include Puddings and Dessert Creams, Sauces, Soups, Canned Foods, Frozen Meals, Pastries, and Confectionery such as Jams and Jellies.
