The organic walnuts are partially defatted by mechanical process and the obtained crude walnut protein is ground to a fine powder. The product exhibits typical nutty aroma and taste characteristics. In addition to protein content and essential amino acids, the flour contains valuable minerals including iron, magnesium, and calcium.

Due to its nutty taste, Organic Walnut Protein can enhance the flavor profile of baked goods, provide a rich depth to savory crusts, and add a nutritional boost to granola and smoothies.
