Organic Walnut Protein is manufactured from 100% premium organic walnuts (Juglans regia). The walnuts are partially defatted by mechanical process and the obtained crude walnut protein is ground to a fine powder. The product exhibits typical nutty aroma and taste characteristics. In addition to protein content and essential amino acids, the flour contains valuable minerals including iron, magnesium, and calcium.
