Organic Wheat Germ Flour is produced from 100% organic wheat germ (Triticum vulgare) that is partially deoiled by CO2-extraction. The resulting wheat germ flakes are then ground to a fine powder. This certified organic single-ingredient is available as white to beige colored powder with exceptional nutritional value—including notable levels of folate and spermidine.

The CO2-extraction process preserves the natural nutritional characteristics while concentrating the protein content, making it suitable for organic formulations requiring functional protein with unique bioactive compounds and superior nutritional density.
