Corn Syrup DE 42 is a liquid glucose syrup produced through controlled enzymatic hydrolysis of Non-GMO corn starch. This starch conversion process produces a viscous, sweet liquid containing a balanced blend of glucose, maltose and higher saccharides with no residual starch.

This premium sweetener supports a wide range of Confectionery applications, including caramels, gummies, fillings, creams, and fondants, as well as Baked Goods such as cereal and snack bars. It is also well suited for Specialty Food products, including ketchup and similar formulations, where controlled crystallization, enhanced viscosity, and moderate sweetness are essential.
