Low Moisture Potato Starch

A Non-GMO native potato starch which has been dehydrated.

Austrade’s Non-GMO Low Moisture Potato Starch is a native potato starch which has been dehydrated to a moisture content of max. 6.0 %.

It can be used wherever, in addition to the properties of potato starch such as:

– Low gelatinization temperature

– High water-binding capacity

– A low water content of the starch is also required.
